​Like any other at 17;
The young man lived 
Enjoying the company of brethren;
Till one faithful day
Sweet dream, a fluke?
Twice the occurrence;
A peak into his future settled, determined
Unfolding over the course of years ahead;
Similarly, messages to us through dreams relayed;
The trajectory of our lives amongst
The voice of one heard loudly above all else;
Contrary not to the classic
Our heart, the receptor receive;
To guide us along life’s way
To an expected end
