The lull between the now and the high note

Grow in this
Remarkable results thou wilt experienThy strength will be made new
Thou shalt mount up with wings as eagles
Thou shalt run and weary not
Walk and fainteth not

As you learn to - wait - on the giver of all good and perfect gifts

Waiting not in inactivity but rather waiting expectantly, patiently

Particular is the posture of expectancy:
A certain lassie was waiting on a parcel. Each day she’d get up, clad herself with her ear attune for the door bell to ring  as she believed the parcel she was expecting could be delivered any day. She would even go as far as to check her mailbox at regular intervals in case she’d missed a delivery or further information on its arrival.

In like manner, the stance of waiting patiently is clearly distinguishable:
Bearing up, steadfastness, not giving up hope nor murmuring despite the contrary best describes this attribute. A much needed undergirding to walk through the valley to the other side. Good to know it can be cultivated from tiny specks to a much needed fruit.

As we wait with expectant certainty and forbearance, we will most definitely obtain the promises made (to us), at last
